Young Adults

If you’re a young adult in your 20s or early 30s, join us Thursday night upstairs in the Lodge from 7pm to 9pm.

Current Topic: Finding Jesus

We all feel like we are looking for something more at times. And in modern times there are thousands of ‘things to fill that void’ and as one fails all we have to do is turn to another. In our series, Finding Jesus we will dig into the idea that Christianity offers a unique answer to this question in the person of Christ. An answer that not only pierces every component of our life but is everlasting.

Join us as we examine the God of Scripture as he expands beyond on it and penetrates our everyday life.

What We’re About

Find a community in the local church that provides help navigating the changing conversations of the modern world. Our vision is simple. We are working hard to establish a place where our young adults want to be, where we can grow together, and where we discover how the truth of the Gospel and its implications speak to us today.

Our group has grown rapidly and pulls in young adults from all over, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball, and more. It consists of singles and married couples alike and has welcomed in a variety of people from long time church attendees to first time visitors. So whether you are a Christian looking to plug in with other young adults or simply looking for answers and good company we believe Stonebridge’s young adult ministry may be the right place for you.

Upcoming Topic: Measuring the Church

We live in a time where most people are spiritual without being religious. A time where faith is personal without being communal. And a time where Christians are called to be steadfast without being disconnected or insensitive. These factors combine to drill into new questions: Is the Church relevant today? Do I really need the church, and if so, why? How do I know if my church is healthy? And does it hold a purpose. While these questions may seem too large to answer and to burdensome to bear, the truth is the biblical authors addressed these very questions 2,000 years ago.

So, join us as we weigh the purpose, calling, and innerworkings of the church and invite you to think critically about our mission in the Great Commission.
