FIERCE

Fierce: Women of the Bible Who Changed The World by Jennifer Cowart

Beginning Wednesday, June 23 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

$20 Registration Fee || Childcare Available

The word fierce is trendy. It is used to describe women who are extreme athletes, high-level executives, or supermodels. Women at the top of their game. But what about the rest of us? Can we be fierce? Absolutely! In fact, women like us have been changing the world for thousands of years—many who received little fanfare yet lived fiercely anyway. In this six-week study we will look at lesser-known female characters in the Bible and the ways they changed the world by living into God’s calling. As we explore their lives, we will discover how we too can live into our callings, honor the Lord, and even change the world through our courage, faithfulness, and obedience.

Virtual Ladies Bible Studies

During this time, some of our Ladies Bible Study Leaders are hosting Zoom Meetings where women like you are invited to connect virtually each week. When you sign up to be a part of a Virtual Study, you will receive an invitation that allows you entry into a Zoom Meeting each week with 6 to 12 other women. You will also be given the links to the videos for you to view before the meeting, along with downloadable pdf participant guides for each week. We are excited to be able to successfully offer you community and spiritual growth through this unique format. We hope you will take the opportunity to join us virtually if you are unable to meet with us in person at this time.

1, 2, & 3 John

The Books of 1, 2 & 3 John by Tony Evans

Beginning Virtually, Tuesday, June 15 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

No Registration Fee || 8-week Study

Comfortable Christianity often means a weak Christianity. In this study on John’s three letters, Dr. Tony Evans challenges Christians who have grown comfortable and complacent in their faith. Fellowship with God is the essence of our faith, and Tony walks through 1, 2 & 3 John to paint a picture of love, obedience, and truth. In a world that hates Jesus, we are called to love Him and His people with a fierce love.
