Summer Break is the best week of summer! Four mornings packed with high-energy worship, exciting games, creative activities, and meaningful Bible lessons kids will be able to dig into. Your child will make friends, have a blast, and grow in their faith, all in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

Summer Break is open to children 4 years old by September 1, 2026, through those entering 6th grade.
Each day, parents will come inside to drop off and pick up their child in the worship center with their child’s Youth Team Leader. On the first day of camp, you’ll receive your child’s group name and number, which will also be printed on a pick-up card. This card (or a photo of it) may be shared with anyone you authorize to pick up your child. Only an authorized adult with the pick-up card may pick up the child.
Kids should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Everything else needed for the day will be provided. Please label personal items.
Yes! A snack will be provided each day. We do ask that you please list any allergies when registering your kids so that we can be mindful of them when preparing the snacks. We will share more details closer to camp.
Campers are placed in age-appropriate small groups with consistent leaders to help them feel comfortable, known, and connected through the week.
We do our best to honor friend requests within similar age-groups when noted during registration, though we can’t guarantee all requests.
Bible lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and centered on God’s love and truth. Teaching is shared through stories, activities, and discussion in ways kids can understand and apply.
We take medical needs seriously. Allergy and medication information can be shared during registration, and our camp Medic will be available throughout the camp day.
To help create the best experience for all campers, parents do not stay during camp hours. Our team is prepared to care for and support your child while they’re with us.
We want every child to feel welcomed and supported at Summer Break. If your child has special needs or requires additional support, please reach out to us before registering so we can talk through their needs together. We will always strive to accommodate as many families as possible as long as we are fully equipped and appropriately staffed.

WELCOME TEAM
The Welcome Team brings the excitement each morning by cheering kids on, handing out high-fives, and welcoming families as they arrive. Your energy helps kids feel excited, confident, and ready for an awesome day of camp. (Open to Adults & Older Youth)
ADMISSIONS TEAM
The Admissions Team plays a key role in keeping camp safe and running smoothly. You’ll help manage daily check-in and check-out, ensure kids are properly accounted for, and assist where needed throughout the day. This is a fastpaced role for people who enjoy helping camp operate seamlessly. (Open to Adults)
RALLY TEAM
The Rally Team helps set the tone for camp by leading group dances, hyping the crowd, running fun stage games, and participating in engaging worship moments. This team brings excitement, joy, and big energy to the stage. Perfect if you enjoy music, movement, being on stage, and bringing the fun.(Open to Adults and Youth)
CHILDCARE
Many of our volunteers have kids who are not old enough to attend the camp so we offer childcare for these young children. If spending time with 2 to 3 year-olds sounds fun to you then this is your team! (Open to Women)
GROUP TEAM LEADERS
Do you enjoy getting to see it all? Group Team Leaders get to see every activity as they walk with an assigned age group of campers through their camp day, helping them get where they need to go, assist at the stations, cheering them on, and making sure everyone feels welcomed. If this sounds like something you would enjoy, volunteer to be a Group Team Leader. (Open to Adults)
ROOM LEADERS
The Room Leaders will lead a Bible lesson during snack time and help bring the day’s lesson to life. You’ll help reinforce the day’s big idea using provided lesson and questions, then encourage Youth Team Leaders to continue the conversation with their small groups. Perfect if you enjoy encouraging kids, sharing faith in a relaxed way, and helping spark great conversation. (Open to Adults)
YOUTH TEAM LEADER
The heart of Summer Break. Youth Team Leaders lead a small group of kids, build relationships, cheer the campers on, lead small group discussion during snack time, and help the campers feel seen and encouraged all week long. Your presence can change a camper’s entire experience, and it just might change you too. (Open to 9th-12th Graders)
JUNIOR LEADERS
Junior Leaders help support Summer Break in a variety of ways by assisting adult leaders, Youth Team Leaders, helping with activities, crafts, games, and snacks throughout the day. This role offers a fun and meaningful way for younger students to serve, grow in responsibility, and be part of the camp experience. (Open to 7th-8th Graders)
RECREATION TEAM
The Recreation Team brings the fun through camp games and activities! You’ll oversee our recreation time each day, by setting up the station, instructing the campers how to play, all while cheering them on, and encouraging teamwork and good sportsmanship. (Open for Adults)
CRAFT/MISSIONS TEAM
The Craft & Missions Team brings creativity and purpose together by guiding campers through fun craft projects and meaningful missions activities each day. You don’t need to be a craft expert; instructions and supplies are provided. If you enjoy being creative and serving in hands-on ways, this is the perfect role for you. (Open for Adults)
SNACK TEAM
The Snack Team preps each days drink and snack, organizes them into the various rooms, and then welcomes the campers as they arrive. They will assist with bathroom breaks as needed, and after all the campers have left, they work together to begin prep for the next day. (Open for Adults)
MEDIC
The Medic helps care for campers by handling minor injuries and health needs throughout the day. You’ll provide basic first aid, assist with medications as needed, help ensure kids are comfortable and safe so they can get back to enjoying camp. This role offers support and guidance when it’s needed most. So if you are a trained emergency responder or in the medical field, this team may be perfect for you. (Open for Adults)
DESIGN/PREP TEAM
Got a creative side? The Design Team helps create and bring the look and feel of Summer Break. You’ll help design, build props, backdrops, activities, and décor that bring the theme to life. This team focuses on creativity and preparation. If you enjoy designing, building, painting, and creating behind the scenes, this is the perfect role for you. (Open to Adults & Youth)
SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN
The Set-Up & Take-Down Team helps physically prepare the campus for camp and restore it afterward. You’ll help move equipment, set up stations and
rooms, and break everything down once camp is over. This is a great option if you can’t serve during the camp but want to help in a big way.
* Set-Up Times: Thursday, June 18th (Evening) and/or Sunday, June 21st at 12:30pm
* Take-Down Time: Thursday, June 25th, after camp

WATER/ICE
Water is always a must during summer camp. This team makes sure every outdoor area has plenty of cold water to drink during camp. They are constantly refilling the water and ice coolers. If manual labor does not scare you away, this team could sure use your muscles. (Open to Men)
PHOTOGRAPHER
With so many memories being made during camp, this team ensures we capture some of the best moments. They will also help upload the photos they capture to our webpages and insert them into our daily newsletter. So if photography is your thing, this team may be the best fit for you. (Open to Adults)
Volunteer FAQ
Have questions about volunteering? Here’s what you need to know before serving at Summer Break.
No experience is needed! Training and support will be provided for every role, and you’ll never be expected to figure things out on your own.
Most roles ask for a commitment for the full camp week to provide consistency for kids. Some roles (like Set-Up, Take-Down, and Design Team) are time-specific. Details will be shared when you sign up.
Volunteer opportunities are available for adults and students entering 7th-12th grade, depending on the role.
* Junior Volunteers (entering 7th-8th grade): Support roles throughout camp. A $25 registration fee helps cover snacks, a camp shirt, and activities.
* Youth Team Leaders (entering 9th-12th grade): Serve in leadership roles alongside adult leaders.
Volunteers are placed roles based on age, experience, and readiness to serve.
Yes! We will have volunteer training on Thursday, June 18th. All volunteers will receive clear instructions and training so you feel prepared and confident before camp begins.
All volunteers are expected to be checked in and seated in the worship center by 8:30am each day (8:15am on Monday, the first day of camp). This allows us to relay any changes, or other announcements to you before our campers arrive. We also partake in a quick devotional, an encouraging word, and prayer before receiving our campers.
All adult volunteers will be required to go through Ministry Safe. You will also receive a brief overview of our safety procedures and policies on our training day. We recommend watching the Ministry Safe video online at your convenience; however, if you have not completed it by training day, you will be asked to stay after training day and watch it while on campus.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. All volunteers will receive a camp t-shirt that they will be required to wear each day of camp.
