Spring 2021 Childcare
Small Group Church Childcare Registration
Church Childcare is available to groups through an application process.
If you’re not sure if your group has applied to use church childcare, please contact your group leader.
Step 1 – Child Profile Form (One-Time Form)
Every family is required to fill out a profile form for each child in childcare.
This is a one-time form that gives information about allergies, special accommodations, etc.
If there are any changes, a new form will need to be filled out for that particular child.
Step 2 – Childcare Registration and Payment
For the Spring 2021 semester, childcare will be offered at the church on Tuesday, February 16th, Tuesday, March 30th and Tuesday, April 27th.
Families are required to register and pay for each meeting they need childcare. The cost is $10 per child per meeting. We cannot offer refunds or move registrations.
Space in each room is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis.
The deadline to register is the SATURDAY BEFORE each meeting. This deadline is for staffing purposes so please understand we cannot make exceptions.
HOW TO REGISTER
Click on the appropriate age group to register. Depending on the ages of your child(ren), you may need to complete separate registrations as we are limited in the number of children we are able to register for each age group.
- Newborn to 1 year old – max 7 children/class
- 2 to 4 years old – max 9 children/class
- 5 years old and higher – max 12 children/class
