Level 2Creative Arts Ministry Safe Level 2 Volunteer Requirements
At StoneBridge Church we do not accept open applications for volunteers with any ministries that work with babies through youth. We hand pick and ask our volunteers to participate in our ministries. Do NOT complete the volunteer requirements if you have not been asked by your Ministry Director to do so.
Thank you for being willing to volunteer with StoneBridge Church in the Creative Arts Ministry. Please complete the following six steps to fulfill our requirements to be a volunteer at StoneBridge Church.
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL 6 STEPS (SCROLL DOWN)
Step 1:
Please complete the Ministry Safe Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct. It should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. You will login using your Fellowship One login/password that you use for StoneBridge registrations/giving. Both adults of the same household may use the same login, but will need to complete the application independently.
Step 2:
We need the names of 3 references: a family reference, a personal/friend reference, and a professional/ministry reference. Please have the name, phone number, valid email address (this is where their reference is emailed to), and address BEFORE you start this form. The address of the professional/ministry reference may be the address of the work location or church.
The references are contacted IMMEDIATELY when you submit this form. Please make sure to contact your references BEFORE you complete this form to inform them that they will be receiving an email from StoneBridge Church requesting a reference for you. Not contacting them ahead of time can cause a delay in your application due to followup. The reference form should take your reference less than 5 minutes to complete.
Step 3:
Please read and SIGN the Creative Arts Ministry Policy and Procedures. At the end of this document there is a red link to sign that you have read and accept these policies. You will login using your Fellowship One login/password that you use for StoneBridge registrations/giving. Both adults of the same household may use the same login, but will need to complete the Policies and Procedures Acceptance Page independently.
While reading the document, please note the “revised date” at the bottom of the document. You will need this when you sign the document.
Step 4:
Please click the link above to register for an appointment to receive a phone call to complete a 10-15 minute interview with the StoneBridge Church Ministry Safe Director .
Interview calls are completed on Mondays and Tuesdays (of non holiday weeks) between 10 am and 5:00 pm. If you are unable to register during these times please email the Director and request a custom appointment time. Please include days and times that you are available.
Step 5:
You will receive a separate email from the StoneBridge Church Ministry Safe System containing a link to complete a background check. This background check does not check any financial records, only criminal records. You have 7 days to complete the background check from when you receive the email before it expires. If your link expires, please contact your Ministry Director for a new link to be sent to you.
Step 6:
You will receive a separate email from the StoneBridge Church Ministry Safe System containing a link to a 1 hour video provided by Ministry Safe that provides training to help our volunteers provide a safer environment for our children. At the end of this video will be a quiz that you must take and pass.
