At StoneBridge Church, we love helping people both near and far. Whether it’s serving our neighbors right here in The Woodlands / Magnolia area or supporting our international mission partners around the world, we’re all about sharing God’s love in real, practical ways. From lending a hand locally to joining hands globally, we want to make a difference and show the hope of Jesus wherever it’s needed.

Local Partners

STONEBRIDGE FOOD PANTRY

Located right here at StoneBridge, this ministry is dedicated to supporting families in our local community by providing essential food, clothing, and compassionate care. Every week, individuals and families walk through our doors looking for hope, encouragement, and practical help, and we’re honored to meet those needs with dignity and love. Our team works hard to sort donations, prepare bags, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. Volunteering opportunities are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, offering a meaningful way to serve, connect with others, and make a tangible impact in the lives of local families.

YOUNGLIVES

YoungLives supports teen moms with faith, community, and practical help. You can volunteer, donate, provide meals, send a mom and baby to camp, or pray. Email Nancy Costello for more information.

BACK 2 BASICS

Back 2 Basics serves local foster kids by offering care, connection, and fun experiences. Volunteers can get involved with events making each gathering a memorable and impactful moment for the children we serve.

HOPE'S PATH

Hope’s Path provides a transition house for young men who have aged out of the foster care system. Volunteers encourage, mentor, assist with household needs, and help create meaningful experiences.

International Missions

StoneBridge Church partners with trusted global mission organizations to give our church family meaningful opportunities to serve around the world. These trips are more than just travel — they’re a chance to step into what God is doing in other cultures, meet real needs, and build relationships that reflect the heart of Christ. As teams serve, encourage, and share the hope of Jesus, they also experience significant spiritual growth, deeper faith, and a renewed perspective on God’s mission. Together, we’re making a lasting impact in communities across the globe. Every journey becomes a story of transformation – for those we serve and for the hearts of those who go.
StoneBridge Mission Trip to Albania

ALBANIA

StoneBridge Church partners with Cru, a global campus ministry dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with high school and college students. Through this partnership, StoneBridge supports Cru missionaries serving in Durrës and Tirana, and regularly sends mission teams to serve alongside them at their summer camps. This adult and family mission trip serves alongside a local church in San Ignacio, Belize, through VBS, sports clinics, community outreach, and light construction projects. Team members will build meaningful relationships with children and families, encourage the local church, and support its ongoing ministry as it shares the love of Jesus throughout the community.

Mission Trip to El Salvador

EL SALVADOR

SUMMER 2027

This StoneBridge Student Ministry trip will serve alongside a local church in Metapán, El Salvador, through outreach, community activities, and a variety of ministry efforts. Students will build meaningful relationships with children and families, encourage church leaders, and support the church’s ongoing work as it shares the love of Jesus throughout the city and surrounding community.

Each year families, small groups, and local businesses come together to pack 60,000 meals for orphans in Lusaka, Zambia. This is an annual event that takes place each fall.
