Middle School Ministry

5th - 6th grade

Our 5th & 6th Middle School Ministry is designed for students in that unique stage between elementary and junior high. It offers a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where middle schoolers can grow in their faith, build friendships, and discover their purpose during this important transition.

What’s New: Our students are now meeting in a newly renovated 5,000-square-foot Middle School space – the first completed phase of our For the Next 40 campaign. Read how this new space is helping students build friendships, grow in their faith, and find a place to belong.

Ministry Information

Meets during Sunday services at
9:30 AM and 11:05 AM

If parents are attending Sunday Morning Classes and then the worship service, we encourage middle schoolers to join their family during the worship service hour.

Baptism

At StoneBridge Church, we practice Believer’s Baptism, meaning a child should be old enough to make a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ. We believe parents are best equipped to discern their child’s readiness to take this important step of faith.

To help guide families through this process, we offer a resource called Leading Your Child to Christ, available at any of our children’s ministry kiosks, at the Welcome Center, or available for download here. Parents are encouraged to read through the booklet first, then use it as a guide to walk through the gospel with their child.

When you feel confident that your child understands God’s plan of salvation and is ready for baptism, simply sign and date the final page of the booklet. Return it to either our Preschool or Children’s Directors, who will follow up with you to schedule your child’s baptism.
