The Christmas Kid Project

Join us in providing a Merry Christmas for local kids and families in need. Presenting The Christmas Kid Project: a multi-month opportunity for StoneBridge to give back.

Join us in partnering with Back 2 Basics Ministry as we support local foster kids this holiday season. There are four ways to get involved:

Give—Each gift of $50 sponsors a Foster child with a new duffle bag containing a Bible, Christian book, T-shirt, body lotions, coloring book and colors.  Each gift of $25 covers the cost of a new duffle bag.  Our goal is to raise $10,000 which would sponsor 200 Foster kids with a Christmas bag of hope! Click here to donate (select “Missions” and “Christmas Bag Project” from the drop-down options).

Pack—Come to the church on Saturday, November 16th from 9:30-11:30 AM to help pack bags, decorate bags, and make home-made Christmas cards for Foster kids.  This is a great service project for people of all ages. Click here to register for the bag packing day.

Party—You can signup to go and participate in the delivery of the Christmas bags and see for yourself the difference this ministry is making.  You will need to complete an online background check and attend a 2 hour training on Thursday, November 21st from 7-9 PM in order to go. Email to sign up!

Feed—You can also make a difference by utilizing your cooking and baking skills.  We need people to bring finger foods (sweet & non-sweet) on a disposable tray to church on Sunday, December 1st where they will be enjoyed at one of the Christmas Parties. Click here to sign up to bring finger foods.

Help us provide a quality Christmas for children in need this holiday season. Purchase an angel ornament for $50 to sponsor a local child, or $25 to sponsor their parent/guardian. Donate in the lobby on Sunday mornings!

Join with the AWANA ministry as we pack shoeboxes full of gifts and goodies for local children.

Operation Christmas Child (a ministry of Franklin Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse) collects shoeboxes full of goodies for needy kids around the globe who otherwise would not be receiving anything for Christmas.  The ministry has now passed out over 100 million boxes!

To participate, simply pick up your shoebox from our table in the lobby on Sunday morning. Shoeboxes due November 17th.
