Care and Prayer

Difficult circumstances often require us to seek special assistance. StoneBridge supports a strong community of prayer to lift up your specific prayer requests through our Pastoral Care, professional counselor referrals, or hospital visitation during a time of need.

Our goal is to provide programs and support that will enable people to break through the things that prevent us from living an abundant, joyful life in Christ. Jesus designed His Church to be a place of genuine love, help and healing. We want you to know that we are here for you in a variety of ways.

PRAYER

You may request that your prayer is posted to the Prayer Wall. Once received, prayer requests are moderated by a StoneBridge Prayer Team member. Some requests may be edited for confidentiality.

Submit as many prayer requests as you like. Our Prayer Team and our StoneBridge staff members pray over these requests on your behalf.
