Our Story
Growing a Christ-Centered Community in The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Beyond
Founded in 1984 in The Woodlands, Texas, our church began as a small gathering with a big vision – to lead people into a real, healthy, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. As our church family expanded, we quickly outgrew our original location, and in 2002, we began meeting temporarily at The Woodlands High School, where God continued to grow our community.
On April 9, 2006, we took a bold step of faith with an “Exodus Walk,” as the entire congregation walked together to our new 50-acre campus located between The Woodlands and Magnolia, Texas. Since then, we’ve continued to grow and serve in new ways. In 2012, we expanded by adding a dedicated children’s building, expanding our student building, and building a fully functional food pantry to support families in need across Montgomery County.
Today, we remain committed to helping individuals and families from The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and the greater Montgomery County area experience life change through Jesus Christ. We believe that every person, regardless of their past, their struggles, or where they are on their faith journey, deserves the chance to experience hope, healing, and purpose. Life change isn’t just about Sunday mornings.
