This is what David said about denying our weakness and sin.

Psalms 32
“When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away…….
My vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer.”

It takes a tremendous amount of time and energy to be something we’re not.
Living the Lie is a heavy burden.

David further writes,
” I acknowledged my sin to You,
And my iniquity I did not hide;
I said, “ I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”;
And You forgave the guilt of my sin.”

Humility and transparency are light loads

Jesus said his burden is light.
To trust our life with Christ is to admit our total dependence on Him and put no faith in the flesh.

Prayer itself is an admission that I am unable to handle all the stuff of life
and must depend on the grace of our Great God.

Humility is prerequisite for prayer.

2 Corinthians 11:30 says,
“If I have to boast, I will boast of what pertains to my weakness.

1 Corinthians 1:31 says.
“ Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.”

Time for me to boast of my weakness and the Lord’s Greatness.
