Small Group Church Childcare Registration

Step 1 - Child Profile (ONE-TIME FORM)

Every family is required to fill out a form for each child in childcare. This is a one-time form that gives information about allergies, special accommodations, etc.  If there are any changes, a new form will need to be filled out for that particular child).

Step 2 - Weekly Childcare Registration and Payment

For the Fall Semester, childcare will be offered at the church beginning on Wednesday, September 13th.  Families are required to pay and register for each meeting they need childcare.  The cost is $7/child/night with a $21/night family max.  If you are registering four or more children for childcare, you may use the appropriate PROMO CODE in order to receive your discount:

  • To register 4 children, use the PROMO CODE: 4KIDS
  • To register 5 children, use the PROMO CODE: 5KIDS
  • To register 6 children, use the PROMO CODE: 6KIDS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: The deadline to register is the SUNDAY BEFORE the meeting.

HOW TO REGISTER: Click on your meeting date in the calendar below and select the registration link from the window that pops up.   NOTE: The meeting dates may be hard to see on your mobile device and will appear as light gray boxes.

HOW TO CANCEL A REGISTRATION: We do not offer refunds or credits; however, please let Sherri Haney know if your children will not be attending.
