  Q: Why should I give online?
It's a personal preference, but here are a few of the benefits we hear frequently.
 - It's a step of faith...deciding in advance to give faithfully.
 - It helps simplify life...no trying to remember whether or not you've given this month.
 - It allows you to give consistently...even when you're not at church.
 - It allows you to view your contribution history anytime.
 - It allows you to practice generosity and store up treasure in heaven.

 
 
  Q: Which fund do I choose?
When you give online, you'll see Fund menu with two choices: Building Project or General Budget. The General Budget Fund supports the purposes of SB, the variety of programs, salaries and administrative expenses for monthly operations. The Building Project goes toward our loan on the current facilities. Note: You will need to set up two different schedules to give to both the General Fund and the Building Project Fund online. 
 
  Q: How do I give online?
Click the "Give Online" button and follow the prompts to create an account or login your existing account and set up your contribution. 
  
 
  Q: When would this automatic contribution be charged to my account?
On the signup screens, you can specify whether you want your contribution to be made one time, weekly, twice per month (1st and the 15th), monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
  
 
Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
At any time you can view your record of "online" giving by viewing the Contribution History box. This will provide  information on each donation you made, when you made it, and a year-to-date total.

Q: Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, we will mail your year-end giving statement directly to your home address.
Q: Can I give to the Building Project Fund (Time to Build)?
Yes, login and select Building Project. The Building Project is for contributions over and above normal tithes and offerings. Note: You will need to set up two different schedules to give to both the General Fund and the Building Project Fund online.

Q: Can I use my debit card or credit card?
Yes, as long as it's MasterCard, Visa or Discover. You can also choose e-Check from a bank account.

Q: What if I change credit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount.

Q: Is online giving secure?
We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet.  It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.

Q: Can I test this by giving one time?
Yes. You may test Online Giving by selecting “One Time” in the frequency drop down box of the signup process.
